Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the Federation of Saudi Chamber letters No. (44100051) and dated (1/1/1444 AH), indicated that the union received the letter of the General Authority for Ports No. (1/31/70/248) and dated (3/1/1444 AH). It includes the Authority’s desire to announce the transfer of management and operation of Duba Port from the General Authority of Ports to NEOM Company as of 1/8/2022 AD, Shukrah NEOM administration will be responsible for all the operational and administrative work of the port, and the relationship with government agencies and the private sector, while the Ports Authority will continue to perform its responsibilities as follows:
- Issuance of regulations and legislation to operate the port in line with all ports.
- Licensing for all activities in the port.
- The supervisory role of all ships arriving at ports.
- Collect all fees related to Schedule (A) of the Port Services Fees and Fees Regulations.
